This campaign developed an end-to-end digital growth system anchored in the strategic synergy of Super IP × Platform Algorithms × Content Conversion. It tackled core challenges in TikTok e-commerce—particularly the difficulty of driving conversions for high-ticket items, over-reliance on paid traffic, and unsustainable sales spikes. Rather than following traditional live-commerce tactics focused on short-term results, it built a scalable, repeatable framework that seamlessly connected brand visibility, user trust, and real-time conversion, forming a sustainable engine for GMV growth.
The campaign targeted socially-engaged, trend-conscious users in North America aged 18–40. Built around global icon Cardi B as the super IP, it deployed a full-funnel content strategy across three defined phases: Hype, Launch, and Sustain. During the hype phase, anticipation was built through countdown content, early-access sign-ups, amplified paid promotions, and creator-led challenges, successfully generating significant engagement and building pre-launch momentum. On the launch day, Cardi B headlined a high-energy, emotionally driven live stream, amplified by homepage featuring, influencer resharing, and real-time comment interaction. This drove a surge in viewership and participation. The live stream itself blended entertainment and commerce through dramatic, interactive content, fostering an immersive, entertainment-driven conversion experience that seamlessly guided the audience from initial interest to trusted purchase intent. In the Sustain Phase, highlight clips were repurposed into targeted advertisement content, extending the campaign’s reach and converting peak engagement into steady sales over a 90-day period.
Through this fully integrated content and operational cycle, the campaign delivered not only an immediate sales breakthrough but also a replicable super-IP-driven growth model, laying a solid foundation for the brand’s sustained and strategic expansion in social e-commerce.
