Provide the required entrant and achievement details. An achievement may be entered into more than one relevant category.
Submit the written responses or video entry together with relevant supporting JPEG, PNG, or PDF documents.
Confirm all submission details, select any additional categories, and complete the entry online.
Submission Requirements
Answer the entry questions with clear achievement descriptions, or submit a video of up to five minutes addressing the same questions.
Relevant supporting materials may be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format.
Non-English entries should include a written English translation or adaptation.
Video or audio material should be provided through a direct Vimeo, YouTube, or Youku URL.
