After working with large-scale energy retailers, Leigh saw the environmental and economic potential of a customer-centric, bottom-up approach to renewable energy. RESINC Solar was created to do solar differently, built on a service-first, not product-first, philosophy. He recognised that the industry’s sales-driven mindset was failing the very people it was meant to serve and set out to create a solar company grounded in long-term relationships and genuine community support.
