As a Senior Software Engineer and Associate/Assistant Vice President at T. Rowe Price Associates INC since October 2018, I have held a senior-level technical leadership position that shapes the organization’s long-term technological vision and operational strategy. While not a traditional people manager, I lead through advanced engineering expertise, significantly influencing enterprise automation, AI adoption, and financial platform innovation. I report to the Senior Manager of Software Engineering and escalate to the Vice President of Technology Transformation. Laterally, I collaborate with product owners, business analysts, cloud architects, and cybersecurity leads. Downward, I directly mentor engineers and influence professionals spanning AI/ML, ServiceNow, AWS Cloud, and QA disciplines. Over the past 6 years and prior 2 years of total 8 pulse years, I have played a pivotal role in developing complex investment systems, automating ServiceNow workflows, and streamlining financial data pipelines. I led key innovation projects, including large-scale applications development on ServiceNow platform (2018 - 2025), an AWS-based cloud system integrations of financial data both inbound and outbound to financial ServiceNow applications (2020–2024) that reduced IT overhead and end-to-end REST API-based integrations for investment reporting (2018–2024). My external recognition includes judging global technology submissions for the Globee Awards, Stevie Awards, and Business Intelligence Group. My research and technical publications distributed through Amazon, ResearchGate, Google Scholar, and Elsevier have achieved 300+ academic and industry citations. I am accountable as a subject matter expert for AI, cloud architecture, and compliance frameworks, influencing code policies, security standards, and platform governance. As a Senior Member of IEEE, member of IET, a contributor to ACM. I actively promote professional engineering practices. I have led root cause investigations of high-impact financial workflow issues and implemented diagnostic solutions that reduced MTTR. I introduced AI-based cybersecurity alerting and modernized ServiceNow systems using agile CI/CD pipelines. I have also mentored IT professionals, including military veterans, through ACP, offering personalized coaching in Python, AWS, and AI-driven automation.
